On 05/05/2021 at approximately 0850 hours, 
I was dispatched to 2826 Fox Wood Ln Gainesville, Ga 
in regards to a Welfare check.
Javier Rivera (reporting party) called in and requested 
we go check the address is 2826 Fox Wood Ln to see if his
children Alejandro and Brooklyn are still living there 
with their mom XXXXXX Rivera (involved other). 
He stated that xxxxxx will take the kids and move 
without letting him know or go on vacation without his knowledge. 
He said there is a court order where she must do so before 
taking the kids anywhere out of the state of Georgia. 
Javier said he wanted to make sure they were at the residence 
because his son had posted a picture on Facebook of the Miami
Airport and also posted a picture of a room that looked new
With the picture of the room,  there was a caption that said "#newroom". 
Rivera is worried  that they had moved out without telling him.
I arrived at 2826 Fox Wood Ln and knocked on the door a few times 
and got no answer. I then looked through the window that had the blinds up 
and noticed that there was no furniture inside of the home. 
A neighbor then came outside and stated that xxxxxx had moved out a few days ago.
The Court Order involving Javier and XXXXXX Rivera 
was issued and signed by a Hall County Judge and is attached to this report.
